Mr. Kins was a fantastic attorney! I lived quite a distance from his office so most of the initial conversations were by phone which worked out wonderful for me since I requested it. Receiving a DWI is by far one of the darkest experiences to live through. The unforeseeable bombardment of legal junk mail, and phone calls alone will drive a person crazy. Randall never solicited me through such means. A friend referred me to contact Sheridan and Dulas, and insisted that these lawyers were the real deal. I consulted with Jeff Sheridan, and he told me to hire Randall Kins for my representation. “Someone has take over for me when I’m gone, and Randall is who I chose, you’re in good hands”. Jeff assured me. He wasn’t wrong. Randall treated me like I was a Citizen, and not just his paying client. He was now my legal representative, and Randall committed himself to the highest degree in doing so. Using all the available means to exercise my rights and circumstances, he navigated me through the legal hell that was the criminal justice system, and ultimately had both of my DWI charges disappear. Randall saved my job and future career. I never want to be in a position where I need legal representation ever again, but it’s a crazy world that we live in. I kept Randall’s number on speed dial for myself, or for any other friends or family who find themselves in that horrible spot like I did. He’s the real deal.
