Anoka County

The Anoka County District Court processes filings for civil, criminal, traffic, family, probate, and juvenile matters. It’s part of the Tenth Judicial District of Minnesota.

Dakota County

The Hennepin County District Court is part of the Fourth Judicial District in Minnesota.

The Hennepin Criminal & Traffic Division handles cases at locations in Minneapolis, Brooklyn Center, and Minnetonka. It includes cases such as DWI and drug offenses.

The Hennepin Juvenile Court handles matters involving children under 18 years of age.

Olmsted County

The Olmsted County District Court has original jurisdiction in all civil, family, probate, juvenile, criminal, and traffic cases filed in Olmsted County. It is part of the Third Judicial District of Minnesota.

Public parking is available in the lot in front of the building (90-minute meters) and also in the Holiday Inn ramp, which is connected to the Government Center via skyway.

Ramsey County

Ramsey County Government Center in St. Paul

The Ramsey County District Court is part of the Second Judicial District of Minnesota. The Criminal Division hears cases regarding criminal and traffic charges.

Scott County

The Scott County District Court is part of the First Judicial District of Minnesota. It has original jurisdiction in all civil, family, probate, juvenile, criminal, and traffic cases filed in Scott County. 

There is free parking available in the lot as well as on-street parking.

Steele County

Public parking is available in the lot on the south side of the courthouse, as well as on the street.

Washington County
