I contacted multiple attorneys in the south Metro before finding Mr. Randall Kins. During my consultation I immediately felt his compassion for my situation, and his determination to win for his clients. I hired him during that call. I had 8 felony charges each carrying a potential term of 5 years imprisonment. He quickly reached out to the prosecutor and started working my case, communication during the process was great, and his office easy to deal with. He did not tell me what I wanted to hear, was straight forward, and honest about my chances of a good deal. Mr.Randall Kins was able to have all 8 Felonies dropped or reduced to gross misdemeanors, I was not sentenced to serve time, I retain my rights, and most importantly it will not affect my job. Thanks to his amazing work, I can move on with my life. I would highly recommend Mr. Randall Kins to help with your case.

Immediately after I was involved in a DWI incident I contacted Mr. Kins. During a free consultation, he actively listened to my story and made me feel comfortable. I hired him immediately and he continued to be a great resource and trusted attorney.

I am a commercial truck driver. I was involved in an accident, in my personal vehicle, and cited for "following too close". Randall listen to my story and determined that another motorist had made a bad choice that had played a major role in the cause of the accident. He also found a statute that directly countered the violation I was being cited for. Because I have a commercial driver's license, the citation had to go to trial to have it removed from my record. Randall Kins handled the trial very professionally. He countered maneuvers by the prosecution and executed several measures that advanced and strengthen our case, and ultimately brought about the desired "Not Guilty" verdict I needed to maintain my driving record. In a system that is becoming increasingly difficult for professional drivers to get a fair "shake" in... I would definitely recommend Randall Kins of Sheridan and Dulas to argue in your behalf.

(I apologize in advance for my bad typing skills) This man was absolutely tremendous, I had a false OFP put against me from my ex-GF, she wanted to make me seem like a bad person and ruin my life where I would not see my kids for 2 years and it was an act of evil against me. I have never had a lawyer before and I took my chances with Randall Kins and prayed this was the lawyer to help me and he did tremendously. He was honest and respectful and professional to a T, he knew what to say and how to say it and had the face of a confident lawyer it really put my mind and heart at ease and my family to know he was that confident in the case and we WON, I get to keep my gun rights, see my kids with visitations and am no longer feeling down or depressed and I thank God for giving me a chance to meet an amazing man such as Randall Kins. Thank you so much Randall.

We hired Randall to handle our DUI case. It was a scary situation and he was an excellent guide throughout the long process. He was able to negotiate getting the license back while we waited for the final ruling which was very helpful. Randall negotiated with the prosecutor back and forth and was able to secure a deal we felt comfortable with and are very happy we didn't go through this alone as surely our outcome would have been MUCH less favorable. Randall also kept us updated along the way, he made himself available to clarify, explain and advise us at any time. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney, your best interests will be very well cared for.

Mr. Kins was a fantastic attorney! I lived quite a distance from his office so most of the initial conversations were by phone which worked out wonderful for me since I requested it. Mr. Kins truly cared about me and my case and responded to all my phone calls no matter what time I called him. For someone who has never been in any kind of trouble, I was truly grateful for Mr. Kins. He explained everything to me and got me the best possible outcome I could have asked for. If anyone needs an attorney that will take a personal interest in your case and do the very best he can for you I highly suggest you hire Mr. Kins.

I was unfairly charged with a domestic assault misdemeanor and I was really terrified. Attorney Randall took on my case and he was very transparent throughout each step. Knowing what to expect and what my options (good and bad) were was very helpful to me. Randall really advocated for me and even went further to ask other third parties involved to help prove my innocence. I will forever be grateful to him. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about your story and is willing to go the extra mile then please consider Randall to represent you. He is a real Shark and he is very persistent in ensuring the best interests of his clients.

I hired Randall Kins to clear up an old charge that was on my record for over 30 years. He was very quick, professional, and kept me informed of the status of his investigation. I was very pleased with his service.

Randall was extremely helpful regarding my DUI case. I had no idea how to precede or what to expect as this was my first offense. He explained everything in depth very clearly during our consultation and I chose to move forward with hiring him to represent me. He responded to my e-mails very timely and was always able to answer all of my questions. He gave great advice regarding my case and he never rushed anything; I never felt like a burden. I had great outcomes on my case, which I greatly contribute to Randall and all the time and work he put into my case!

Matthew

Randall listened to my case, gave me honest feedback, and helped me along the way. I was charged with a domestic, got the charged down to a misdemeanor and a minimal fine. The charge will also be removed after a year. Randall does an excellent job in negotiations in the courtroom. Is demeanor makes him a winner! Thanks Randall for all of your hard work and communication. Would highly recommend.
